No matter that it is telehealth— time is valuable. So . . .
Unless (1) you’re too sick to meet online, or (2) have a funeral to attend, or (3) are on vacation and gave me advance notice— you have to pay for a cancelled visit. I can’t bill insurance for misses.
I tell people to make therapy something that is at the top of the list. It works best this way.
